There is no freedom like you feel underwater. Unhindered by heavy equipment, you can dive, twist, turn and propel yourself with remarkable ease. As you descend into the murky depths, the only help you have is your mind and the trust in what your body can handle

Free-dive is all about trusting your body and mind. And in order to establish trust you need to be healthy. Most things in your life are uncontrollable, but you can control what you put into your body…. and how you feel


Meditation

If your mind is whirling at a thousand miles an hour, your body will expend more energy and you wont be able to hold your breath for as long. An important part of free-diving is learning to control your thoughts in order to conserve energy. Meditation is a big part of this.
