Hi! We are Stefano & Ilenia!
Born and raised in the province of Venice (Italy), we have always had a very special bond with the surrounding nature, but with the arrival of urbanization and overbuilding this bond had become increasingly unstable, despite the constant search for this union.
This search ended when we arrived in Camiguin. We were welcomed by a feeling and an emotion of "being at home". That everything we had been looking for in all those years was (and is) here.
For the preparation of our dishes, we give priority to fresh and native products, even if sometimes our Italian cuisine "forces" us to choose ingredients not produced in the Philippines. While, for our wellness center, we only use 100% natural products (extra virgin coconut oil, essential oils, etc...) from this beautiful country.
We continue to be advocates in finding a balance between Nature and "unstoppable progress", hoping that many more people will follow our example, come to visit, and meet us.
